Audrey Tautou

Audrey Tautou born Beaumont, Puy-deDomme France in August 9th 1976. Audrey Tautou is the fourth child of 4 children. Her parents a dental surgeon and teacher recognized and encouraged her passion for theater and acting from a young age which overcame her initial ambition to become a primatologist thanks to her passion for monkeys. Early success and a rapid rise in fame made her a promising young actor. After completing her studies and acting, she appeared on the French television show that scouts talent Jeunes Premiers that was sponsored by Canal+. She won the award for the best young Actress prize at the Beziers Festival of Young Actors and began her career as an actress. Tautou was raised in a Catholic home, and was a member of the religious services, despite having was a student at school at the Institut Catholique de Paris. The modeling and acting careers of Tautou were intertwined. She became the face for L'Oreal Mont Blanc Chanel, and is known as The Chanel Muse. In addition to her acting work, she has an interest in photography. She recently exhibited some of her photographs in Arles Film Festival. Arles Film Festival with the name Superficial. Audrey Tautou shot to stardom and international fame with her debut role in the role of Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amelie Poulain. Amelie was an international box-office success, and received accolades during awards ceremonies across the world. It remains the highest grossing French language film to be released in the US. After this film's success, Tautou appeared in a wide range of movies ranging including British dramas like Stephen Knight's Dirty Pretty Things to Jean-Pierre Jeunet's Long Sunday de fiancailles, and then he moved into Hollywood with Ron Howard's direction of the Dan Brown bestseller The Da Vinci Code together with Tom Hanks.
