Ashley Wagner was conceived on May 16, 1992, in Heidelberg, Germany. Ashley had a great time in her early teenage years with girls who were older than her. Ashley believed that these girls seemed more mature and prettier. Ashley says she was "hot messy" at the age of she was a teenager.
